Arriving at JR Nagoya station by Shinkansen train, please go forward to Sakura-dori side of the exits. Just before reaching to the Sakura-dori exit, you will see the JR Takashimaya department store and the Nagoya Marriot Hotel on your right hand side. Please make right and go through the hallway to the Hirokoji side of the exits, where the airport bus stop locates. You can see the Meitetsu department store in front of you. The Meitetsu Nagoya Station is the underground level of that building. That is the central entrance/exit of the Meitetsu Nagoya Station.

Alternatively walk by the end of the station building, and turn right, then you will find the entrance to underground at the corner, which is to the north side of the Meitetsu Nagoya Station.

To get to Higashi Okazaki station, you can take a train from platform #4 on B2 floor, bounding for either Toyohashi, Ina, Kou, Miai or Higashi-Okazaki. It is about 30 minutes ride by a limited express, and about 40 minutes by an express train. The fare is 650YEN. Reserved seats are also available at a limited express. The additional charge is 350YEN. Please be careful some limited express trains have only reserved seats.

From Higashi Okazaki station, it is about 7 minutes walk to the institute and 5 minutes to the Okazaki New Grand Hotel by taxi.
